HDC has held the booking event for the Row House Project 2010 on 22nd September 2010 at Nasandhura Palace Hotel.

The bookings for the 12 Row Houses announced by the Corporation was carried out through a system of drawings of lots among those customers who fulfilled the financial criteria and submitted all relevant documents to the venue of the Booking Event by the stated deadline. Out of the 12 Row Houses announced, 4 customers paid full payment for 4 Row Houses, and hence bookings were done for the remaining 8 Row Houses.

In addition to the initial 8 customers for the currently ongoing project, a Reserve List was taken for additional 20 Row Houses that HDC has announced it will commence construction within this year. HDC will give first priority to the customers in the Reserve List in allocation of houses from the additional 20 Row Houses the Corporation will invest in this year.
