On 16^th of August 2015, Housing Development Corporation (HDC) and Sierra Construction Private Limited signed an agreement for the Development of Luxury Residential Complexes in Hulhumalé.

Mr. Mohamed Saiman, Managing Director signed on behalf of HDC and Mr. Nimal Lokuge, Director / Chief Executive Officer signed on behalf of Sierra Construction Private Limited.

The ceremony was held at HDC Head Office, Hulhumalé and was attended by officials of Sierra Construction and HDC.

This project comprises of the Development of Pure-Residential Complexes in Hulhumalé by Sierra Construction.
