HDC signs agreement with Rainbow Construction to develop mixed-use residential units

Housing Development Corporation signs an agreement with Rainbow Construction Pvt Ltd to develop 145 mixed-use residential units in the Water Front area of Hulhumalé.
The agreement was signed by HDC’s Managing Director Mr Mohamed Saiman and Director of Rainbow Construction Mr Mazin Ibrahim Rafeeq, today at HDC.
HDC recently signed agreements with Ensis, Renaatus, Damas, Batch Construction and Apollo Holdings to develop residential and commercial units in Hulhumalé. The development period stipulated for these agreements, including the one signed today, is 26 months from the day of signing.
