The heart of Hulhumale’, Central park would be one of the major attraction point in Hulhuamle’ phase I development. Within the residential and commercial developments around the park this 8 hector land area would create an open green space for the entire community of Hulhumale’ and the visitor’s. There are four major sectors within the park itself. A leisure zone, an interactive zone, a recreational zone and a mosque zone with the largest water fountain in Maldives.

Aim of recreation zone in central park is to facilitate activities to enjoy and maintain a healthy life. It will enable Hulhumale’ community to be fit and enjoy healthy living in an open space. This sector of the park will allow an active youngsters and adulthood in this community. The areas included in this zone are outdoor gym, Skating area with bicycle pump track, Viewing platform, bicycle & car parking zones and a public toilet. All these components are arranged within the large open lawn area covering the whole sector.
