Agreement signing with Bid Winners of ‘Centro’ Shopping Mall

Housing Development Corporation signed agreements with 17 of the bid winners that will be operating shopping outlets in Centro, the first shopping mall of its kind. The signing ceremony was held at HDC headquarters today. Managing Director of Housing Development Corporation Mr Mohamed Saiman signed the agreements on behalf of HDC.
Centro is a one-stop shopping mall development, which is expected to bring residents and visitors of Hulhumale’ a mix of shopping facilities including a supermarket, garments and accessories, saloon, electronics, home improvement appliances, textiles, kiosks, food and beverage outlets, medical facilities and banking services. With fully operational shopping outlets, Centro is expected to open in this July.

Centro Kiosk E- Clothing and accessories will be available from this Kiosk
Salon services by Sheri Pvt Ltd
Gifts and fragmented perfumes will be available from this Kiosk G of Centro
Pastry shop at Centro will provide services under the name ‘Bread Matters’
Mobile phones and electronics will be available from this Kiosk H of Centro
Obliq Pvt Ltd will be providing cosmetic services under the name ‘Face Shop’
Centro Outlet – ADK Company will be providing pharmaceutical services
Kiosk D will provide gift services under the name ‘Gift Corner’
Plaza Enterprises Pvt Ltd will be providing garments, accessories and cosmetics under the name ‘Plaza Incense Centro’
Mobile phones and electronics will be available from this Kiosk F of Centro
Centro Kiosk I- Will provide home accessories under the name ‘Homely’
Books and stationery by Readers Bookshop
Garments, accessories and cosmetics outlet
Supermarket services will be provided by Fantasy Pvt Ltd
Centro Kiosk B- Gift, stationery and toys will be available from this Kiosk
