Housing Development Corporation Ltd. (HDC) has announced the 7th round of leasing Land from the Industrial Area in Hulhumale’. A total of 11 plots will be offered for lease. The land on lease basis will be offered on a lease period of 25 years and the successful bidder will be chosen based on the proposed land rents for the plots of land, with the highest points awarded to the highest proposed rent.

The Bidding Documents for the project is compiled in a CD and will be sold effective from 29th July 2010 till 1530hrs of 17th August 2010. Interested parties can purchase the CD for MRF 200.00. The CD contains information of the lands for lease plus the bid document. A copy of the Bid document can be downloaded from HDC website “Download’ section from 28th July 2010, onwards.

A pre-bid meeting will be held in the conference room of HDC on 9th August 2010 at 10:30 hrs. Completed Bid should be submitted on 22nd August 2010 between 11:00hrs – 13:00hrs to the assigned desk for the project at HDC exhibition center in hulhumale’.

An “Invitation for Bid” will be placed at the notice board of HDC main building in Hulhumale’ and Hulhumale’ ferry terminal in Male’ that provides information about the project.
