HDC in partnership with Diabetes Society of Maldives, joined the movement to mark World Diabetes Day today.

As such, with several other partners including Hulhumalé Hospital, Ghaazee School, Rehendhi School and Tree Top Hospital, free testing was conducted at HDC Building and 5 other locations throughout Hulhumalé.

Under the theme “Test to Prevent” testing was carried out starting at 10am – 6pm. Exceeding the initial target set, the event ended successfully with a total of 2,492 people getting tested for diabetes.
