Housing Development Corporation signs an agreement with Ensis Fisheries Pvt Ltd to develop 100 mixed-use residential units in the Water front area of Hulhumalé.

The agreement was signed at a ceremony held at HDC Building today, by HDC’s Managing Director Mr Mohamed Saiman and Mr Mohamed Waseem Ismail, Managing Director of Ensis Fisheries.

The development period stipulated in the agreement is 26 months from the day of signing.
