HDC signs with Maldives Police Service for the installation and management of 25 CCTV’s in Hulhumalé. The agreement was signed by HDC’s Managing Director, Mohamed Saiman and Commissioner of Police, Ahmed Areef in a ceremony held at Shaheed Hussain Adam Building today.

The CCTV’s are to be placed at 25 selected locations within the city and will be directly monitored by Maldives Police Service. As a collaborative effort between Maldives Police Service and HDC, installation of these surveillance cameras are expected to play a prominent role in deterring crime and traffic violations ensuring public safety in a growing city such as Hulhumalé.
