On 24^th of August 2015, Housing Development Corporation (HDC) and Wings Services Private Limited signed the agreement for the Development of a Café at the eastern Beachside of Hulhumalé.

Mr. Mohamed Saiman, the Managing Director of Housing Development Corporation signed on behalf of HDC and Mr Hassan Bagir, the Managing Director of Wings Services signed on behalf Wings Services Private Limited.

The ceremony which was held at HDC Head Office, Hulhumalé was attended by officials of Wings Services and Senior officials of HDC.

The development of this café will bring an outlet of the world renowned brand: Dôme to Hulhumalé. There are currently over 100 Dôme Cafés worldwide.
