Housing Development Corporation signs an agreement with Renaatus Projects Pvt Ltd to develop 72 mixed-use residential units in the Water front area of Hulhumalé.

The agreement was signed at a ceremony held at HDC Building today, by HDC’s Managing Director Mr Mohamed Saiman and Mr Selvasundaram Poosapan, Chairman of Renaatus Projects.

HDC recently signed agreements with Damas, Batch Construction and Apollo Holdings to develop residential and commercial units in Hulhumalé. The development period stipulated for these agreements, including the one signed today, is 26 months from the day of signing.
