Under the slogan ‘Saafu Hulhumale’-Aharemenge Zimma’ a cleaning event was carried out on Saturday by Housing Development Corporation,  with support of the Hulhumale’ community & stakeholders.

The cleaning event was joined by Minister of Health, Ms Iruthisham Adam, State Ministers, Members of Parliament, Housing Development Corporation’s Managing Director Mr Mohamed Saiman, Chairman Mr Fuad Gasim and a number of government and private sector officials.

With over 600 participants, the aim of the program was to clean the whole of Hulhumale’ City, in conjunction with World Environment Day and the upcoming holy month of Ramadan.
