Hulhumalé Kudakudhinge Hiyaa “Fiyavathi” was officially opened on 17^th February 2016. The ceremony inaugurated by HEP and first lady was joined by members of Mahmood Al Khaja family and government officials. The Managing Director and other senior officials of Housing Development Corporation also participated in the ceremony.

Fiyavathi was constructed by Nalahiya Construction through a generous donation by Mahmoodh Al Khaja and his family from United Arab Emirates. The building consists of 2 floors with 12 rooms and all facilities are separated for both girls and boys. The building is accommodated by children under 9 years old.
