Renaatus officially innaugurates Ithaa Muiy residential tower.

Renaatus Projects Pvt Ltd celebrated the completion of the Renaatus Ithaa Muiy project this evening in Hulhumalé. The units were officially inaugurated and the keys were handed over to their customers by Minister of Home Affairs Mr. Azleen Ahmed

This new 9 storey residential tower opening will have mid to high range mixed-use housing units, with amenities such as parking spaces, gym, kids play area and retail shopping spaces. The 72 units of this tower ranges from 1 bedroom to 3 bedrooms and pent houses.

Housing Development Corporation signed with Renaatus mid 2016 for the development. Several other developers of the mid-high range units at the water front area of Hulhumalé is also working at a fast pace to complete the developments.
