Today marks a milestone in the development of  Hiyaa Project with the casting of the raft foundation for the first time in 7000 social housing units in Phase II.

The contractor for 7000 units, China State Construction Engineering Corporation Limited, commenced the casting works this evening.

The piling works of all 16 buildings under this development which was started in December 2017, has been completed ahead of the schedule. Much like piling works, today’s casting of raft foundation is ahead of schedule as well.

The 7000 housing units will be one of the major components of the social housing units pledged by the Government under the Hiyaa Housing Project which was initiated last November.
