HDC has announced the sale of 150 plots from residential area of Hulhumalé on 9th June 2011, Thursday.

The 150 plots comprise of 36 Beach Front Plots (A Plots) and 114 Beach Plots (B Plots) from Neighborhood 3 of Hulhumalé. The area of Beach Front Plots range from 1489 square feet to 1709 square feet, whereas the area of Beach Plots ranges from 1224 square feet to 1707 square feet. 

These plots are to be sold by means of bidding, where the base rates for Beach Front Plots and Beach Plots are MRF 1100.00 (One Thousand One Hundred Maldivian Rufiyaa) and MRF 600.00 (Six Hundred Maldivian Rufiyaa) respectively.

Application forms are available freely for download from HDC’s website (www.hdc.com.mv) and also sold from HDC’s Main Office and Malé Office at a rate of MRF 10.00.

Forms will be collected from respective counters at the Conference Hall of Islamic Centre from 26th June 2011 till 7th July 2011 between 0830 hrs and 1530 hrs.

Date for bid submission will be announced within this week.
