HDC has made the allocation of land for the development of a land parcel in the western region of Hulhumalé to develop a Shopping Mall. The new generation of youth demands accessibility to internationally recognized outlets and services such as cinemas, arcades, bowling alleys, archery, etc. from such facilities.

HDC is currently seeking proposals from interested investors.
